Kat Fowler is a light worker, a teacher of spirituality and meditation, a Certified Advanced Energy Therapist, a Reiki Master Teacher and host of The Soul Awakening Podcast. Kat has been teaching meditation and yoga and mentoring students for over a decade in New York City and internationally. Kat is a teacher’s teacher with more than 2,000 hours of training and over a decade of teaching and mentoring students of all kinds. Kat was born into a life of spirituality and meditation; her parents met in an ashram on their spiritual path. Since birth, Kat was raised as a vegetarian (now she practices veganism) and was connected to yoga philosophy, eastern spirituality, meditation and holistic health. She learned meditation through her family's guru at age 14; while at college, she specialized in year-long course studies of Yoga Philosophy, Hindu Philosophy, Taoism, the Bhagavad Gita, Buddhist Studies and Eastern Religions and started practicing yoga at age 19. Kat began teaching yoga and meditation at 21 as well as began her journey with energy healing. Soon after Kat traveled to India to study meditation in depth at age 22. Since then she has taken over 23 different training and certification programs; specializing in the eastern classical elements of yoga, physiology, anatomy, therapeutics, animal communication, Reiki and several advanced energy therapy courses. In addition to her traditional training certifications, Kat has additional studies in Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, psychology, holistic nutrition (including homeopathy,) aromatherapy, divination and crystal therapy. Integrating her upbringing of spirituality and years of dedicated study and teaching, Kat's methodology when working with clients is educational, inspirational and informative. Her sessions and talks are designed to reach people at all levels of awareness, as she believes spirituality should always be available for everyone. Stephen McManus serves as the Executive Director of Three Jewels. He was originally introduced to yoga and meditation as a child from his mother. After spending many years resisting all religion and spirituality, he found himself practicing meditation as a way to cope with anxiety and stress. After moving to New York City in 2012, he met Hector through an online dating app and the rest is history.
